Thanks for the kind words, so glad you got the PhoPun. I cant take credit for using the knife, its an Ebony Pemberton (single blade), on anything but the Jalapeños.. Just jealous of, hence parodying, Stich's cooking skills..

I blame this forum for my purchase of the Pemberton. It is currently my favorite carry. There is also a Northfield version, in Stag, with 2 blades and a long pull main, very attractive.

Regarding all the posts with bla bla bla, if there is no picture, it did not happen. ;-)
 
Pete you are right. I work for the local health department in my area. Where I live it has been awhile since we had openings. Sometimes when do have recruiting I think people may be discouraged with the starting pay considering the types of degrees the department is looking for. It would be great to have more people who have experience in food service work for their local health departments! Real world experience is great to see.
