Here i show my EDC
A classic spanish called " capaora"

It looks like Espada to me. Are they related?

I am not an expert. But as far as i know Cold Steel Espada is inspired in classic spanish pattern.
We have many classic designs. The one i have shown is a classic pattern called " capaora ". Similar to little cs espada. Traditionally it was used to castrate pigs in the past .
Cold Steel XL seems more similar to the classic pattern from XIX, "bandolera"

Love those 300's. I played with one at the Blade show this year. The handle fits my hand nicely.

Big fan of the Manix as well. I have one with the 154cm. Spyderco's 154cm sharpens really nicely on a Lansky.
