A surprisingly nice knife for the money...except. Even with the thumb stud, this can be a difficult knife to open. And the QC of the Chinese blade isn't up to the standards of other blades I'm using. But for under $20, this is a mighty fine gentleman's modern folder.

Brown trout. Typically run between 16-24" in length.

I usually fish steelhead which run 24-30"+ but that's a 2 hour drive each way for me vs. 50 minutes each way for brown trout.
