Had one, sold it.
My personal experience: it arrived with a faulty axis lock and to me, as far as weight... was much too heavy for my taste.
Sent it to BM, they replaced the lock, then I sold it.
The candy apple red spacers were nice though.

My lock is perfect, as for weight I can live with it as I prefer the g10 to the handles of the basic griptillian.
 
I've had my Scallion on me the past couple of days. Found out that the deep carry clip used in several other Kershaw models (eg. Cryo, Thermite, etc.) fits the Scallion without any mods. Small, compact, and now with a discrete carry option. What's not to like.

There's a reason I keep buying them. This one was $350 and less than 2 months wait. He built it exaclty to my needs.
 
Got the customized blue one incoming but I just couldn't say no the blade shape and the bronze.

The best CRKT I've ever had, now if they offered this in better steel...
