I bought it about 4-5 yrs ago on Dweebay, from a guy that handmade them at his place of work, he sold them for about a month then disappeared.
It fits perfectly down through the molle on side or front of my pack, that spike is sharp as hel** and the other side of the spike is a small hammering surface, the pry end is very functional too.
He also cord wrapped it the tightest and neatest that I've ever seen in my life.

The knife I purchased from a vet that returned from Iraq in 2006.
