Great choice, Daddyo! This really is an awesome knife. I'm trying my best to carry this thing exclusively since I got it about a week ago. I really want to get a feel for the S30V, seeing as how it's my first knife with this steel. I only wish I could EDC that potato and egg taco!

If you haven't heard of the Kershaw 1970 Burst, you aren't alone. This stablemate of Kershaw's other killer, budget-priced knives features everything you've come to know from the lineup - solid 8CR13MoV steel with a stonewashed finish, assisted opener and excellent build quality. The stout, rounded scale profile and jimped ramp feel great in my average-sized hands, and the blade sculpting is different without being kooky. At around $20, this one is Powernoodle Approved.

It's a Hinderer Armorer Tool, I think they have the Hinderer logo laser etched somewhere, I'm not really sure though.
