Did you actually get to use it or did the wall just tumble down out of fear?

It was like their was silly putty not mortar holding those bricks. If your gonna try this beware you have to be careful when you get to the part of the wall you don't want to remove. I learned this the hard way

Jesse, the Diskin Fire is IMHO one of the best looking folders out there. Yours is a thing of beauty my friend!

Thanks Erik. So pumped to get this one. I was expecting a "pretty" piece but this thing begs to be used too. Action is amazing and the auto is insanely strong and fast. Build quality is fantastic much like a CRK. I never understood the comparison until it was in my hand. I literally had an out loud "wow" moment.

Welcome to the club! Im sure there's a support group around here somewhere who's on a twelve step program who started exactly as you have, it's a slippery slope, I just go with it though!
That's a neat setup? Who makes that blade and how big (or small) is it?!

The knife is made by Dean Oliver out of Klamath Falls, it's a mini French drop point trade knife with a 2.75" 1095 blade and just under 5" overall. Overall cost was $40 shipped, so not a bad deal. I love small traditional fixed blades, so I couldn't pass that up at the price. The maker doesn't have a website himself, but sells through several black powder living history vendors, the same knife is available in several sizes up to a 6" blade.

Lots of cool/funny/interesting stuff showing up today. Thanks all for sharing!!:thumbup:
