Been reaching for this one a lot lately without even thinking. Guess I'll just go with it!

Evan, I know you've talked about this before, but I'm lazy, who made this for you again? Because this is elegant in its simplicity. I love it.

Anytime man! I wouldn't want to search through all of these edc pages either!

Knife is made by Josh Mason and the sheath is from AZwelke. Josh has some of the cleanest work around. The grinds are superb and the handle wrap is flawless.

Thank you, I'm definitely going to have to check him out when I'm flush again. His work is flawless. Thanks for the info, brother.

I have yet to find an EDC combo that works better for me than this:

I got my new Pioneer on the way!
With my old one, I got a bit....um....."harsh" with the screwdriver, actually bending the scale out slightly, and the screwdriver had play. So I bought a new one.
(I opened the screwdriver halfway and started really torquing on it)

I did that one time with my Soldier while taking a grill apart, only with the phillips/small driver. Twisted the driver some, so I put it in a vise and twisted it the other way and it's fine. Have it right now. Been at least 4 years ago.

Back to this today:

This one's logged a lot of pocket time since I got it.

Two questions and a statement Brett. I know that is the Ti side. Is that side of the pivot actually closed? Liked domed off or just flat and is that the"one spoke" lock bar?

I love mine also. It has been in my left pocket everyday for close to 2 yrs. I noticed about a month ago on the top of the blade (when opened on the G10 side) ....looks like the coating is wearing thin a tad. Doesn't bother me, adds character IMO. Great knife and great steel. :-)

Back to this today:

My order shipped Friday. Whooooooowieeeeee

Good deal Threefeathers you'll love it no doubt. Definitely a well put together piece you'll see what I mean. With mine....it actually took up to the last couple of months for it to break in rather well. I don't run a loose pivot, not real tight but it's far from loose. I can now finally open it with the one finger wrist flick. I think maybe taking it apart and polishing the washers and breaking it down for the first time may have helped but once your knife settles in and the lockbar and lockface break in - - it is one Smooth Knife. Enjoy!! :-)
