I was on my way out the door to a meeting, saw that page 700 was almost done, and messed up the numbers in my haste to get something up. Truth told, I'd just been looking at the 6K myself, so it was still in my mind. I'll have to get one when they're back in stock. I think you'd like both of the ones I have. The 8k feels like a tank and has a slightly thicker blade than the 7k. Pretty good knives all around, and I'm pleased with them. I am also thankful that none of mine had any of the QC issues some of the guys were reporting in the other threads.

Haha you're the best, man. I definitely need to pick some up. They'll make great gifts, as well, just like the Cryos.

Picked this up from the post office as soon as they opened, and I have a feeling it's going to get quite a bit of carry time.

First CRKT in like 7 years. This thing is actually pretty awesome without the stupid "AutoLAWKS." Surprisingly excellent finish, although the blade was relatively dull out of the box. Very easy to touch up though.

I am carrying what I carried most of 2013. An old Swiss Army Knife, Spyderco Rescue Jr., and a cheap Chinese OTF Auto. Do not make many changes in life.
