That thing is a beast Paul, they should have called it "TBC - The Big Chubby". :)

 I love my JEN, great EDC fixed blade I think.

I am carrying my Tobin Smith today. I'll be off the grid for a few days in Northern MN doing some hiking. Hopefully I have some good knife pics to share when I get back. The hard part will be deciding which ones to take along.

If you don't mind me asking, what part of MN are you from? I live in Duluth (born and raised), but was up on the Iron Range in the Hibbing area all weekend. Girlfriends family is from the range.

Anuwho, here's my EDC. Taking a break from the 0562.

Enjoy your weekend everyone:thumbup:

I have been carrying a small fixed blade at work now for a few weeks , and it has made most of my folders redundant .
I don't know why I haven't carried one before . Mine isn't as classy as yours it's a CRKT No Bother but it has sold me on the idea .
My renewed interest in SAK's coincides with the No Bother because they compliment each other beautifully .
A small fixed blade in conjunction with a SAK and a AAA flashlight is a mighty combo

Ken

Can't find fault with your reason there Paul!:)

Sam

Thanks Sam, your Shing is a great slim looking knife:thumbup:

Agreed Ken:thumbup: I could really eliminate either the Farmer or Scout as either or combined with the little fixed would handle it all...but I so enjoy carrying them all:D
