My new Spyderco Dice. Absolutely love it.
Very cool!

^^^nice knife, and great background!

Thanks!

Nice knife and nice lanyard.
I'm actually looking for a lanyard for my knives and I want to order some paracord soon. Do you have any idea how long the paracord needs to be for 1 lanyard? (Inches or cm). Maybe someone else can give me an estimate?
Thansk!

I buy all my paracord in 100 foot hunks. A lanyard like the one in my pic probably took about 3 feet with some left over. Mind you that one uses 3 or 4 colors.

Whetstone39 who makes that top knife and where can I get one?

Hey Pyro777 - it is an AG Russell Cattaraugus Trapper. The main blade locks, and is released by pressing the smaller blade inwards, towards the back spring. Not sure if it is currently in their catalog or not, it was part of their knife collector's club series. Hope you catch one!

Antdog, that's a great knife Drew makes:thumbup: He seriously puts a fantastic thin edge on his knives...true cutters;)

Nice knife brother:cool:

Thank you brother!

I'm very proud of it! I actually won it in a giveaway Drew held a while back. It is one of the only things I've ever won in my life! My brother wanted one the second he saw it, so I am going to order him up one for his birthday.

I have been carrying it and using it. I plan on posting a very thorough review of it, and a public "thank you" to Drew. The edge is thin, thin, thin - Very sharp! It cuts like a son of a gun. Thanks again Paul!

How do you like it? I was thinking of getting one but I'm not sure yet.

It has a pretty strong detent, but the ball the bearing system works well enough to where just using my finger will open all the way. The handle is definitely something I'm not use to and my biggest problem was the pocket clip is resting quite a bit ways out from the handle and it sort of ruins the ergonomics. But I've been using it all day breaking down boxes, cutting cordage, tape, etc... during my move to my apartment and it's done well in my opinion.

I'm (unfortunately) in the market for a new EDC folder.

Previous EDCs have primarily been manufactured by Benchmade. I appreciate their "built in the USA", fit to my hand, and great customer service, so I'm naturally inclined to consider them first at the moment.

The Nakamura 484 and Osborne 580 have both caught my eye. They both have a M390 steel blade that I've been wanting to try out. The 484 is thinner, and has a more ergonomic handle, which I appreciate. I'm trending toward the 484, and would like to hear the group's opinions prior to biting down on the purchase. I'm definitely open to all suggestions/blades that I have not been exposed to. Thanks in advance!
