Thanks, Ulf. I still use my 16 way more than the 15, but I do like the 15. I'm tempted to send it to someone to make it a thin FFG so it would be a better performer in the kitchen.
I used to work at a liquor store, during college, that had a lot of fine ales. We all liked beer. We opened at 9:00 AM. Beer was typically opened around 9:30. I only made $9.50/hr, but once you factor in all of the liquid perks, most of us were clearing 75k a year. We did appreciate that the company made significant investments into our product knowledge.
FFG BK15 would be a sweet blade.
Ain't nothing better than having a job you love and can take interest in the products and eager to absorb as much info and knowledge on them as possible. Free perks are always a plus also.
