How is that dog tag thing Kyle?

Love it man. Its too small to use without a lanyard in my opinion. I originally had it on a necklace but was a pain to take it off everytime i wanted to use it. So i made a simple little lanyard out of 550 and now its perfect. Great for little cutting tasks. Like opening boxes and mail.

I'm not sure if those are from the same company, but Knob Creek had a gift set last year you could buy that had a set of those glasses dipped in red wax (the same wax they seal the bottles with). I have a set, pretty neat.

Another fan of decent bourbon here, but I'm not sure if you guys are talking about the same company...
Knob Creek uses black wax ( I'm not even sure that this is wax at all ), the red "wax" is on Makers Mark... I could be wrong, but I think I've seen those glasses in the gift set you are talking about, I'm almost positive they were MM...

Small Batch night for me... Thanks to all of you and that drinks and knives talk... :D

Damn. Stopped drinking a month ago. This pic made my mouth water. *sigh*

That's a nice setup -- Have you tried Blanton's? A friend of mine insisted I had to and I'll be damned if it wasn't a really good burbon...

And to stay on topic...

I'm sorry. I really do.
I know what it is because I used to drink a lot and I had alcoholic in the family... I'm done with the serious drinking and cigarettes, most of my alcohol are gifts from friends
they bring home on a occasional get togethers but of course I also buy stuff once in a while when I'm curious...

I don't think so but I will for sure...
My "discovery" in the past year was Bulleit bourbon, especially the Rae-one. Otherwise, I big Beam fan, never liked Black Jack, too sweet for me... :D

(old picture, sorry...)

Damn guys, this is making me want to lean on my embarrassingly abundant scotch/bourbon/whisky collection tonight. But no, I'm gonna hold fast. Got an early meeting in the AM....but Friday night's coming!!! Some excellent spirits being posted up in here tonight.

I'm carrying these today:

Pic is a reuse, but I'm going to be smoking this exact stick shortly, and I did indeed carry both knives today. I worked on the OomNoomZeta with my ultrafine stones on the Sharpmaker earlier. Thing's so sharp, I almost accidentally cut a hole in reality. LOL

Darn... this is beautiful picture ( and hardware of course...) I wish I knew how to set up my camera to shoot in such details... I'm positive I need different lens, not the 18-140 I'm shooting with...

Thank you for the kind words. It has taken me awhile to get to this point, and hell, every time I go in the media section there are a TON of guys who make me green with envy at their skills. And it's not always about equipment either. A friend of mine, Erik (eschwebach) posts up these pics of friggin' absurd quality, and THAT guy is using a cellphone!!! Whaaaaat??!

So, don't think you need a fancy camera, maybe look into a pic editing tool. There are decent ones online, the one I uses sometimes to give my pics a little extra pop is http://Picmonkey. Easy to use, free, and it's online, so if you're at work or something, you simply send the pic from your phone to your email, download it on your machine, touch it up, post it up, and enjoy.

Ok, sorry for the hijack! LOL
