Happy Weekend, Everyone <3

The LionSteel Daghetta is a gentleman's bear-trap and definitely not for sensitive hands! Imagine a sharp thumbstud on a very stiff slip-joint and you'll have an idea of the action on a Daghetta. The TOL system is *not* an axis-lock; very sticky and sharply cut to match the thumbstuds. For finger-flickin' fun in a similar package, one would be better off picking up something like a Benchmade 53x.

If anyone out there is attracted to the Daghetta as I was/am, consider it a two-handed open/close (at least until it breaks in.) I think the juice will be worth the squeeze if it ever softens up... :)

Thanks for the warning Brett. I have had the CF Daghetta with satin blade on my wishlist for a while, I'll be interested to see if it loosens up over time.

I shall keep you posted, Erik :) In spite of several glaring drawbacks, I find myself unable to disparage the Daghetta and do not regret my purchase. Kinda weird.

Your at the Blue Door!!! Great place to eat and have a beer. Enjoy a juicy lucy brother!

Edit: Wait a cotton pickin' minute, you moved to CO? Is this the twilight zone?

I had a burger with lobster on it - delicious! Love Blue Door. I'm in Minnesota until Tuesday, which is when we list. Our Colorado house is waiting for us. I need to find employment so knife purchases can resume.

Good luck with the job hunt! Sorry to see a fellow knife knut leave MN.

Kershaw Leek Blackwash and Leatherman Rebar. Was carrying a CRKT Swindle for a bit (goes well with suits, cigars and fine scotch), but eventually the Leek found its way back into my pocket.
