EDC IV Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I had actually intended to leave the handles stonewashed as I love the feel too. I also like the matte texture of a blasted finish and the colors always come out better on a blasted canvas in my experience. I figured it would clean everything up a bit too, the lines of the knife will be more noticeable without stone washing everywhere.

Sorry to enable you!...Actually, no, I'm not. It's a great knife and you SHOULD get one.

If you're really looking, PM me. I may have a lead for you.

PM incoming for sure ;)
Really want to see how that looks blasted, if only just to see it. I have always loved the sparkle of stonewashed Ti that has been ano'd, but you're right. Unless its the right color, it won't really pop out like it should. I find bronze comes out better on polished or washed Ti, but darker colors like purple or blues do look better on blasted surfaces to me.
I like blasted Ti, but as sissy as I'm sure this sounds, I don't like how it can sap all of the moisture out of your hands when you hold it, and can get small particles inbedded into the handles. Just my nitpick about it though ;)

Palethius
Ti BM67 rehandled with spring latch

Very nice! I'll have to look into those a bit. They look very well-machined, and that ano is done very well! And who doesn't like a 6X model with a spring latch? :D

Oh and guess what I'm carrying? ;)
Yeah, I love stonewashed Ti :D

^^replicant bending space and time.
Cutting the fabric of the universe.
As soon as I find them in stock I'm going to need a replicant like bad.
I keep saying a BM 51 will tide me over but I know if just end up customizing it to be more like the Replicant. So why not just go that route first.
Either the replicant or a sebenza 25 is on my sights next.

Until then it's just me and this guy.

I have both the Sebenza 25 and the Replicant, and they're both spectacular knives man!
Check at BladeHQ every once in a while. Every once in a while they seem to get the replicant back in stock, but it goes fast, so you have to be faster :D

I actually bought mine because I was just checking to see how much one costs new while Tmack and I were talking on here. Saw they had some in stock and got mine right that second

I'll have one of each by years end.
I'm sure finding the replicant won't be too much trouble once I'm really actively looking.

Looks like you have the folder department well covered with that gorgeous xm18.

While I love my crk (I'm a 21 guy)
I'd defiantly go replicant.
I do love a 51, but flytanium scales are a must. That thing is just crazy light!

Man I need a camera/ phone that takes sharper pictures. It's pics like these that really dissapoints the wanna be amateur photographer in me.

It's a great composition! Low light photography is impossible to do with camera phones, and difficult even with DSLR's.
