The caption for today's pic reads "I've made some damn good friends on BF."

Sweet, I think you'll love it. I had the LW version and liked it so much I had to get the regular version too!

I bet I will! The ergos look killer and I've been curious about the Ball Bearing Lock for some time now.

Thanks John! Appreciate it brother!

I appreciate you, Erik!

@Forrest, great pic! I've used that same caption before haha.

I've got some stuff in the mail today. I'm excited to show you, as well.

How do you like the tactility? I'm really tempted to pick that same one up with the damascus.

I have to say that it's the nicest knife I've had in hand in a long time. Erik, in a staggering show of friendship, sent me this knife to try out. As soon as I held it in hand, I knew I had to own one. I will say that this knife makes a really good EDC choice for a few different reasons. For one, it's slim and light. Thanks to the mount point of the clip, it's effectively a deep carry set-up. The knife came from Erik razor sharp, and the edge geometry is beautiful. The almost-Spyderhole was a familiar friend, as I've owned Spydercos for years and years. The fit and finish of the knife is superb, and the quince-wood scales are gorgeously done. Honestly, I've had non-knife-guy coworkers both notice and remark (positively) on this knife when I have deployed it to slice an apple or cut open a box of paper.

I was so taken with it that Erik has since sold it to me, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this knife to anyone looking for a gentleman's folder that's a little on the larger side (the knife is 8 1/4 inches in total length, with nearly 4 inches of that being the blade). Sorry, I'm a tad gushy on this knife, it was better in pretty much every way than I thought it would be.

Harris, you jerkbag! LOL

How does that Fenix light carry? I have multiple Maratac IIIs at this point, but lord knows I can always use more flashlights!!

Thank you brother, it's a great little light. It looks far bigger than in it is, in this photo. The angle of my hand and trickery make it so! It's keychain sized and has one setting at 70lumens I believe. It's my wife's, I carry a FourSevens mini MA daily. For $15 it's a great key ring companion, Id say.

Huh, that's not bad at all. I have a Nitecore SensAA which seems like it's probably similar size (and lumen output) to yours. According to the specs it's supposed to be 120 lumens, but I can tell you that's BS.

Went to my local knife shop today, and this followed me home. :D

Loving it!

So this is what my EDC ended up being for today
