You are enabling my PayPal account to drain faster, this is what you're doing...The action is very stiff, although it is slowing getting better. It looks like it's an axis lock but it works much more like a lock back. It has a very strong spring. However, due to the strong spring it locks up like a vault. More than any knife I own this one feels like it could punch a hole through a car door without the lock giving way. The fit and finish is very good as expected from Lionsteel. I would say it is a much beefier version of the BM 530 Pardue.
