You guys have some pretty good gun laws, most firearm owners in my country wished they were in the US at least a couple of times a day (I know some states are better than others, and some are quite restrictive). We've got mandatory registration, plus all sorts of violations of our privacy. For example, each time I buy a gun the government publishes it on the Internet for a couple of weeks with a link for people to file anonymous complaints about me. If you own more than 10 guns (and reloading equipment counts as guns!) you've got to sign a permission for the police to search your house whenever they feel like it. And I could go on and on.

The whole process is also quite expensive (and then there's the endemic corruption within every single one of our government's institutions...).

At least in the US if you live in a place with laws that contradict your personal beliefs you can move to another state, and you've got organizations like the NRA or Knife Rights.

Anyway, sorry for the mini rant.

Today I got to check out the Hills, my christmas present, just to make sure I don't need to send it back. Everything checks out, so now I'm going to carry it as long as I can before anyone notices. The specs are almost identical to a large seb 21 except for the weight and width from scale to scale.
