I personally think the spyderco co-pilot would be your best bet. It is very small (2" blade) but handy and has an innocent "non tactical" pocketknife look even though the handles are black

I just ordered one for exactly the same reason you are looking. It is a Benchmade 960 in red handle with D2 blade steel. It screems admiration from bystanders, and it is a heck of a knife in a smaller package. The axis lock is sweet although with this light a blade, it doesn't flip open as quickly as some of the larger BM's with axis lock. Nonetheless, it is one of the easiest knives to slide open with your thumb that I have tried. They are usually around 145 and up, so this is a pretty good deal for one of these.

As others have said, find a knife with a plain uncoated common blade shape (no swedge, no serrations) of 3" or less with some type of wood grips and you will probably not be thought of as an outlaw biker with a switchblade.
