Thanks! I love it, this particular 1911 is Springfields Range Officer. It's an all-around solid piece, and it's got a really nice trigger. I'm not a huge gun guy, but I haven't found a need to adjust the pull, it's perfect for me.

The Range Officers have all the basic bells and whistles for a very reasonable price imo.
 
It was my first brew day on my new brewing set up yesterday, so I didnt get around to posting with all of unforeseen issues that popped up.
I had Charlie Mikes necker, ZT801, and my trusty Vostok Komandirskie with me all day.

mathieu.m.racicot was correct, it is a cold steel Ultimate Hunter, I have sanded off the Ultimate Hunter logo off that side of the blade, just seemed a bit much to me ;) and it is one that I'm also carrying today :)
