The only person on earth with an S30V Techno...still trying to figure out how that happened.

*Edit* - finally got off my lazy rear end and searched this issue and discovered how it came to be. Kind of a fun story, and I feel special now.

Favorite work combo lately. Been carrying my main blade inside the waist band recently because work has no knives policy, and I have limited pocket space. Carry my car key and SAK in right pocket, phone in left. It was a bit too much carrying my delica with my keys and sak so I started carrying it IWB. Has been working out nicely.

Okay, you! I had a big want for traditionals not that long ago the never really went anywhere because I don't like bone or stag that much for knives and most woods don't do it for me, but you have re-lit that fire completely man! :p

I now have officially started trolling the Knifemaker's Exchange to see if I can get my hands on a carbon fiber traditional because of you ;) :D

Same here!


I think bone and antler look like nasty scabs. Wood is fragile and finicky. And not a fan of brass as it looks nasty when it patinas.


But a CF traditional, or even better a CF/Ti traditional could get me going.

No kidding man! If I can find a traditional in silver lightning-strike with some nice steel accents, or a good marbled carbon fiber, I would be a supremely happy man!

Those are freakin' nice! I'm really looking into trad's right now.

I don't think my jade bone stockman looks like a scab.:(
