Love the tumbler Ulf, the Wild took care of business today! :D

Good to see someone else carrying the Small Summit Lake. I really like mine.

Haha, it's your fault! :D I've been wanting to check it out thanks to your pictures. It's been a great little knife so far!

I'm not really into Spyderco's but that one is beautiful! What model is it?

Thanks! As vanselm6 said, it's the Tuff. I bronzed the hardware and Ti scale, and acid washed the blade. Steve Ketchen did the scale from ringed gidgee.

Today will begin putting Hal Zucati's HAX through a month or so of barn chores (later I'll include fishing trips and bushcraft). My only backup will be a GAK/Trekker for its various other tools. Chopping, cutting, slicing, and all other blade work will go to the HAX. Wish us luck.

Will post a review of the tool in about two weeks.

Today, I'm carrying one of the best knife values I've ever owned, the CRKT Graham Folding Razel. On paper, it would be easy to dismiss this knife. CRKT, the fiddly little "LAWKS" thing, 8cr13MoV, and I paid like, $19 brand new in the box for it.

But in hand, it's durable, heavy, solidly built, and it's a hard worker. It fits my hand like it was made for me. I've used it to carve wood, scrape old grout and caulk away from the tub in the guest bath, scrape paint off wood furnture, and chisel other things as well. I've also used it as a light prybar, with no issues. The knife's edge holds up decently well, a few passes over the Sharpmaker and it's back to shaving sharp. I love this knife, and I'm not sure why I don't carry it more often. I just used it to dice up the garlic chicken I had for lunch.

I highly recommend one, if you can locate one!

Not pictured are the Case Peanut and Maratac III in my watch-pocket.
