Been there. Lotta nice knives went up my (and the ex wife's) nose.
It's actually supposed to be a better slicer than a traditional full flat because of the large hollow grind. But thicker and more stout than a traditional hollow, this not as good a slicer. Still good enough in my book though.I thought the 25 was suppose to slice and cut better with its fancy hollow-full flat grind?
