Large knife art sebbie 21 CF with Moki fish owl. Just got the Moki yesterday, loving it so far. The pics don't do it justice. Need suggestions on lanyard for it! Color ,style, bead(maybe). Gimme your input. thanks guys.

I'll be sporting my new acquisition today, Andre Thorburn L6 front flipper (although I don't know if I would really classify this as a front flipper. It's basically just a flipper higher up on the back)

Great score.

It is a front flipper. It is in front of the bolster, not in line with the blade spine that was developed by the late Fanie Le Grange in the early 1990's in South Africa known as the lip opener.

Here is the Lip Opener:

The Moki Fish Owl is a sweet little lock back. I love mine. I don't use a lanyard on it though so no help there.

I am carrying a Boker Lockback today. Pretty robust little knife, with VG-10 and CF for less than $60.

That boker will be the next one, got to experience their vg10 on the urban trapper. Very pleased. Glad to hear you like yours.

VMMVMMM, that is one beautiful knife!
Erik, I really like that Boker.
Marthinus, you have some great examples of front flippers. It is a dream to own a Thorburn(or the equivalent) front flipper one day.

I'm surprised you're allowed to carry a locking folder in Barcelona. Not only would I get weird looks if I did that in Philadelphia, I could potentially be fined. Great photo. I was at that cathedral ~ 8 years ago. That is Gaudí's Basílica de la Sagrada Família?

Pocket fixed blade today.

Also carrying and testing Böker fixed blade today:

Böker limited run (2/199) pry mini with leather sheath I made yesterday. It holds the factory kydex sheath. Belt loop for wide "tactical" belt.

No, we're not supposed to carry them. But no one needs to know I carry one, nor will I ever show it in public unless I have no doubt nobody will notice it and be scared/feel the need to call the police etc.

And yes, it is the Sagrada Familia. Beautiful place, ain't it?. I happen to live nearby. :)

Sad. I'd guess to a laymen, you're knives look pretty scary. I'm surprised your pocket clip doesn't give your blade away.

Yes it is, it's a very beautiful place, I love Spain.

...so you take pictures of it in a crowded public place, that's funny. I'm sure no one suspected anything. :)

I was saying that I wouldn't classify it as a front flipper. The tab is literally a fraction of an inch higher on the spine than many of my other flippers, although I know it is officially referred to as a front flipper.
