Love the looks of this knife - but if I go one, I would have to find a way to get rid of all the markings on the blade. that kills the looks for me.

I stick my watches in saltwater - just salt and water, no saltwater that's for fishes, but that would work as well - and they patina up. You can also just wipe saltwater on spots and it will patina that way as well. Don't like it, rub ketchup on the patina and away it goes.

I agree Luc, when I get some time I am going to remove it with some 1000 grit wet/dry.
