I don't get it, so many companies ruin good blades with tip down only clips.

It's a Kershaw Brookside, model 1308TANBW. It's part of the budget priced Own It series, exclusive to Dick's Sporting Goods. Pretty nice folder for $18 bucks (online price). Tip down carry only, unfortunately, but I can live with it. Love the blade shape, and it's quite comfortable in the hand. It's one of best budget priced imports I've seen in a good while.

These 2 today. The top one is a custom scales grip that just came in the mail, and the bottom is a grip I stripped the black off, acid washed, and stone washed.
