It's a Kershaw Brookside, model 1308TANBW. It's part of the budget priced Own It series, exclusive to Dick's Sporting Goods. Pretty nice folder for $18 bucks (online price). Tip down carry only, unfortunately, but I can live with it. Love the blade shape, and it's quite comfortable in the hand. It's one of best budget priced imports I've seen in a good while.

Very nice, I'm all about the budget kershaw a lately, strobe and chill always in rotation.
The blade shape on that one reminds of a 940 a little!
