I might get a lot of hate for this, but anyway:
It's a SRM (SanRenMu) 6040. Got it as a novelty when I searched for a lightweight, less than 2 oz. locking folder. Weigs 1.5 oz. Great, solid lockup. Soft xCrxMoV steel, easy to sharpen on my coffe mug, ceramic plate or whatever you find.
Nice clip. Gloriously tiny but perfect thumbstuds, reliable and easy to use.
For less than $10 shipping included, it's the best knife out there IMO (with the Moras, Hultafors, Opinels and so) with a locking system. I'd say try it out!
I have bought two of them. They both came perfectlu centered and with no issues at all. One is on my FAK and functions as a scalpel blade.

Why would you get hate if it's not claiming to be something other than what it is? If you like the knife, carry it, use it, and show it off. If someone has a problem with it, it's their problem, not yours.I might get a lot of hate for this, but anyway:
