Thought I had one of these, so I went and dug it out. Was hoping I had one laying around never to be used. Was my dad's, who wasn't a tanto fan. Looks like he de-tantoed it though.

Scrim told me about putting grip-tape on a flipper tab to get a better grip. I enhanced this idea by putting a strip of grip on my Chi's spine. I couldn't be happier! This thing feels 10x better in my hand now

Just trying to talk myself into one here ...
And then you go bust out that awesome Featherweight Fox hunter which is exactly the other fixed blade I want. Hahaha.
If you had to chose between the two for daily carry .... Which ? I know the answer is "you'll end up with both anyways"

For hunting and skinning, I'd go with the Featherweight. But for EDC & general utility, I'll take the G3:
