There normally pretty easy to deassist so if you get board it's something you could try . But I'd give it some time and I bet you get use to the tension when closing it .

Yeah I'll give it some time. I can tell mine has a detent though so I think it would flip nicely deassisted.

Nice carry btw. I am considering getting a PM2 as my first knife with higher end steel.

Yeah I'd think you be very happy with a PM2 there great knives . Just dial in the pivot and there smooth as silk with nice action and there a nice size blade that carries very comfortably .

Carried this the whole weekend

Today I'm carrying my m390 Ritter Griptilian outfitted with green micarta scales from Igorded. Really great work on the scales. Perfect fit, and I mean perfect!
I also discovered, and some may already know this maybe, that my Emerson skull clip fits too (love this clip)!!

It's a Twosun TC4, it's got a D2 blade. Really nice and smooth. I'm liking it a lot so far. It was really reasonable, got it for $50 on eBay, but the quality is there. Never heard of the the brand before but I'm a fan now!

He does some great work and I like how the green micarta looks on Griptillian.

Thanks, never heard of the brand before, doesn't seem to be a lot of info on it. Did read about another poster with the same experience as yours, and there seems to be a user called TwoSun who wanted to make knives (perhaps it's him??). Learn something new every day!
At a first glance it looks nice :thumbup:
