Hello folks , Finished up this sweet little Wharnie recently from AEB-L stainless steel .

It is hollow ground with a scotch brite belt finish . Heat treated to an Rc 61-62 .
It measures .143 thick a little under 5/32 ", 7" overall , blade is at 3" with the edge at 2-3/4" , 7/8" edge to spine .
Handled in Bone/White Micarta , blue liners with S.S. Corby Bolts and a S.S. Lanyard tube .
Sheath is right hand carry 7-8 oz. Golden Brown dyed .

Nice, there is just something cool about that color micarta, and the blue liners set it off too. Good job.
 
This could also be a good kitchen knife, if a little thinner. What do you think?
 
I like this design Jack, Quite a knife for the money there. I like the steel choice as well as the handle materials. I think it would make a great sailors knife. On deck, or in the Galley.
