OUTU Pliers-Scissors MT, made in China and now re-branded and available from Schrade (at twice the price of the Chinese original)

very clever and no-frills useful design, nice quality and tolerances for the $, size and weight similar to Skeletool. It's one of the best tools from none of the 4 big brands that one can find IMO, and givs a run for their money to many or most other tools at that price range
