That's the APEX FSS trigger kit. From what I understand, it moves the trigger break point further (increases it) and removes a lot of overtravel.

I've been calling any small, slide-mounted, reflex red dot sight a RMR - thanks for setting me straight. I take it that RMR (Ruggedized Miniature Reflex) is just a Trijicon model type name and not a generic term as I thought.
