Since I have owned my Skeletool I still carry sometimes my SAK or Kershaw black gulch for EDC but have a tougher time justifying not having my skeletool with me anymore. My multitude of other knives are getting jealous, I don't advocate that its the best knife out there, but for size, weight, function, and quality, I can't leave it home anymore

What's in your pockets?

For everyday I carry a Husky utility knife from Home Depot.

Mine is blue, about $7 and comes with a pack of replacement blades. We adopted this knife in the local fire department, because it does most jobs, and no need to worry about breaking a blade, damage, loss, abuse. The newer style features a more positive blade retention button rather than the swing out arm shown here.

The usual stuff in the vest, nothing remarkable -- Rx polarized sunglasses, pen, wallet, coin purse, cell phone. Couple bags for laptops, a Toshiba, iPod Touch, Nano, iPad, Garmin GPS, batteries, cables, notepad.

IWB I have a .357 magnum Smith & Wesson, Mod. 60, bobbed hammer, Uncle Mike's boot grips, Galco IWB leather. Generally some sort of rifle/shotgun in the truck -- which one is sort of like asking what sort of footwear I picked for the day.

It's not a war zone here. One reason may be that everyone pretty much has their CCW and some sort of firearm at hand. It's a very rural community.

Is that bottle opener key chain a 1911 wrench?

Edit: nevermind. found them. Thanks.

For the benefit of others searching, it's called "NME Titanium Bottle Opener/1911 Bushing Wrench". Google should do the rest for you.

I have one; it's pretty cool!
