Don't have any pictures, but I'm EDCing a SOG mini aegis in black tini, a duct tape wallet with a gerber EAB G10 inside, a Leatherman Sidekick and an iPhone 3GS. This is my pocket carry, but if I have a bag with me I'll take my iPad 3, a couple fixed blades (Most likely a mora #2 and a schrade sharp finger) and a charger.

Pro-tip: turn that outermost Chase chard inside out. Thus the leather won't be embossed with the letters and numbers stamped in your card.

I throw it in my left front pocket. You can pull the tools out individually but I usually pull the whole thing and only keep,it in my pocket when I'm on the go - it goes on the table, cup holder, etc the rest of the time.

Here's what's constantly sitting in and on my Maxpedition MultiPurposeBag:

Old Creative Labs Multimedia-Player (HDD-storage), Leatherman Freestyle CX, old Razor V3 as backup phone, S&W tactical pen, Turboflame Double Jet flame lighter, Klarus XT20, Fällkniven PRK, SOG Pliers, spare Paracord. All held by various holsters, bags, retractors...the SOG pliers sit in a Leatherman Molle sheath for example (the img. also gives away the whereabouts of the PRK... ):

What's constantly with me as well, is a little Subcom:
