- DDR Typhoon w/ clip clipped onto a little place inside my right short pocket. i sewed a sort of sheath into my lucky shorts, cant see the bali at all (good for being in canada)

- shitty cellular telephone in my left pocket (shitty one so i can lose it, and also to not look like a motorola "Razr" mook"

- falling apart "bad mother fucker" pulp fiction memorobila wallet

- and my keys in my righ back pocket with a little lanyard thing clipped to my belt loop (other wise i lose the fuckers daily)

In the last half year my EDC changed a lot. Today it's like this:

I just picked up this Schrade Avatar off eBay. There's quite a few advertised there. I was expecting some real trash but liked the looks, and figured I couldn't go wrong for $15.99 including shipping, so I sprung for it. It's actually a great knife! Not sure about the "Schrade+ Stainless" blade, probably 440A or something smilar would be my guess, but it's reasonably sharp. Anyway, I got it last week and find the economic size and light weight perfect for EDC, and the ergos are much better'n expected for my large hands. So it's likely it'll be in my hands/pocket most of the time from now on.

If you like that one, try the two-bladed model.

(It's a rip-off of the Spyderco Dyad design, I guess, but a good knife, and with Schrade gone the way of the dodo, you wouldn't exactly be encouraging IP theft if you bought one.)
