I am planning to make som radical changes. I need a good flashlight, and a city survival kit complete with first aid etc. No need for fishing hooks in an office. ;)
But that's gonna need a lot off serching to find the richt stuff, at the right size i think.

You have 3 keyrings and not one keychain light?

A good keychain light can come in real handy if your main light dies on you. For a good, main, pocket light you have a lot of choices. Surefire's C2 model (A 6P with a carry-clip) is what I sometimes carry. It works great, but it eats the expensive lithium batteries and you end up paying a large premium for the convenience of a pocket carry-clip. I recently picked up a Streamlight TL-2 model with L.E.D.s. Works well, also has a pocket carry-clip.

Both lights cost over $100 in a brick & Mortar store..... Here's a much less expensive idea. Take a Mini-maglite 2AA flashlight. Get the L.E.D. conversion kit from Niteize. (You can get just the L.E.D. upgrade, or the same kit with a push-button tailcap switch). Then just transform your Mini-mag into a pocket L.E.D. light. I would also recommend getting the Mini-mag accessory kit that Maglite puts out. Among the items in it is an oversized pen-clip. I can tell you from experience that the clip works well...... But don't expect the same type of performance you'd get from the other 2 lights.

A good keychain light would include the Photon II, and the 1 AAA keychain flashlight made by Dorcy. I've had good results with both.

I just got a Leatherman Squirt P4 so it will replace my SAK, but I couldn't decide which Kershaw to EDC so I carry BOTH! I love the ZDP Leek btw:D

[digidude] - good luck on your job hunt.

Please don't take this next bit wrong.

Your photos (scanned) are very good and high quality -

BUT they are HUGE files for their displayed size -

for example scancarrytw2.png in your post I am replying to above is over 0.5Mb,
and aedcjz9.png in your previous post is over 0.72Mb!

whereas saved as the web default .JPG at about PhotoShop quality 5 they are closer to 56-69Kb -
about 1/10 the size without too much visible degradation, if any, when viewed on the screen.
(the other similar display sized photos posted on this page are .JPG and in the range of 50-80Kb only)

Also .PNG file format is not that common and does not allow any web acceleration technologies to compress it -
whereas they do work with the much more common and web default .JPG format.

Would you mind please saving your photos to the more common .JPG format and choose a compression ratio that is more in-line with regular web displayed photos?

Many thanks,

Hmm? Just about everyone is broke, huh? :) Almost no one showing any cash or coin, or more specifically their money clip or other method of keeping cash from flying out of your pocket.
