Victorinox Manager, all i can find is the Manager II though, not sure the difference

there is also the Midnight Manager II that has a red LED instead of the tweezers
i have the latter, but i think i could do without the LED for the tweezers if i was going to buy another one
According to Victorinox.com (SwissArmy.com) it's still called the Manager (and Midnite Manager) without the II designation.
The US model # is 53031 -
searching with Froogle.com - most other vendors still just call the model #53031 a Manager (without the II)
