I have 3 that I carry depending on what I may be doing. I have a 440 Blackie Collins assisted opening with 440C steel. It is used when I am working in the yard and shop. It is lightweight and so far seems indestructable. I dig weeds, cut cardboard, pry the knives I make apart with it and generally use it for about any task that I want as it cost me about $20.OO and takes all of about 15 minutes to take apart, clean and put back together. The blade does have a bunch of small chips that I sharpen right over giving it a bit of a serrated edge.
If I am planning to do work that often needs a sharp knife I switch and carry my Lonewolf double duty made with S30V. It too gets used to disassemble knives if it is the one I am carrying and in my shop and has been used for tough jobs like sheetrocking so it is not babied. I don't use it for cutting out weeds too much as it is harder to take apart and clean.
The third is one I carry when going out to visit with friends and family or going shopping and out for an evening with my wife. Mostly because it is smaller. That is my Kershaw Chive in 420 stainless and it used to be my daily carry knife before I retired. It is the easiest to bring to a razor sharp edge of the three with the S30V being the toughest to get that sharp.
