Here's today's. I have to tell you, I used to really overlook the SAK's in the past. But I have been toting this Cadet around for a month and have learned to really respect how useful it is!

This is of course not my complete EDC, just the knives I carried today

Böker Trance & Victorinox Climber(Silvertech scales)

Finally got around to taking an updated EDC pic.

Standard EDC includes The Ladybug Salt, Vic Midnite MiniChamp II and Vic Huntsman are staples.
So are the iPhone 3G, Fenix PD20, wallet, Zebra F-301 compact pen and Fisher Space Bullet
I rotate the three watches (l-r: Fossil Titanium, Victorinox Summit XLT(?) and Guess Waterpro) and three folders - BM Mini Grip, Ritter Mini Grip and Spyderco Delica4.

The Mini rukus is great except the pocket clip blows. I have no idea why they didn't just use the standard clip from the Griptilian or the 940

Oh I definatley agree. Even the arrow clip would be a huge ****ing improvement. The clip is an embaressment; it makes it hard to close the lock because I tend to grip the knife in a way that my pinky is pushing against the clip - which is a big deal given how long the travel in the 615 axis lock is - and it moves. But I dont want to put my fingers down or I might take a bit of flesh off of them. I actually managed to close the knife on the fleshy part of my hand under the thumb but luckily I wasnt cut (which may be a miracle, it came really sharp and the blade has pretty signifigant mass).

Edit: Ive been playing around with the knife a little bit and Im coming around to it. I definately had the wrong expectations with this knife. Its not a tactical knife; its a LARGE edc blade thats built like a rhinocerous in a tank driving over shards of diamond. The handle is VERY smooth. I think this was the thing that really put me off at first; I really like the texturing of g10 that spyderco does and so I was disapointed with the way the rukus felt. However once I started to really hold the knife it started to make sense and it does feel really good but a smooth handle feels much different than a textured handle. Its nice, in its own way. I will say the micarta is really nice though. Its a nice color and feels very good. It is also REALLY wide. I had not realized that and had an expectation it would be akin to the 520 or similar but its really, really wide and that doesnt fit into what I like ergonomically. Im sure someone who enjoys a full sized griptilian would LOVE this thing though. I however like the thinness of a military or 710.

The fingers grooves are perfect for me though.
