I've always liked the look of Mcusta knives; understated and elegant. I typically don't like the look of wooden handles, but I think they pull it off well.

More of what I used over the weekend. Me and my hunting buddies did some path clearing and blind repairs on the hunting property and I had a blast. The CGFBM is a monster of a knife that can't be stopped. The CRK GB did all the fire fodder and cable cutting and everyone used it at the cooking bench. The double bit was excellent at taking down and notching 3" to 6" saplings for ground blinds. A Buck 110 and a LM Skeletool CX did the light chores. Great weekend with friends for sure!:thumbup:

I don't know much about axes (or bits?), but I think that is about the most gorgeous cutting/chopping tool I've ever seen. I would like to buy my father something like that for his upcoming birthday. Its intended purpose would be for splitting normal pre-processed firewood. I guess it'd be a bit overkill for that, but it would perform fine, would it not? Also, what wood is the handle made from? It kinda looks custom made; if it isn't, mind telling me where I could purchase something like yours? Thanks.
