It's a Viele I know for sure. CRKT I'd guess? Very nice either way.

I know you removed the G-10 from that Wasp to thin it down but I could never do that to mine as it is some of my favorite all time G-10! Isn't AUS-118 wonderful(!)?

The G10 is good looking; very colorful and nicely textured, but IMO, it makes the handle feel a little too chunky for such a small knife (this is the small Wasp, not the big one, though they're both the same thickness). Yeah, the steel is good stuff; easy to get hair-poppin' sharp, decent corrosion resistance and edge holding that's almost up there with ATS-34.

Rich, does the pocket clip still work with the scales off?

Yep. You'd never know that the clip was intended to work otherwise. It's still plenty tight and no adjustment was needed. Slips in and out of the pocket easier sans scales too.

Carried this slightly altered from stock LL today. Anyone know what it is?

Hints: solid titanium handle, razor sharp AUS-118 blade, solid lockup and smooth action, flush-inlaid lock bar, perfect blade centering, Teflon-coated pivot washers and pocket clip, famous name designer, and so cheap it was almost free.

Seriously - a nice solid little knife for pennies a serving; perhaps one of the best knife values I've seen in years.

Did it come with blue scales?;)

I removed the scales on a BM/Snody 425 and it carried nicely as a very slim framelock.

hissatsu1, what do you think of that G-Shock?

I love it, I've been wearing for about a year and half and put it through some hell and its held up great... Great Watch at a Great Price point..

Those Gerber AF knives are sweet. If only they came in plainedge with a tip down clip.

yeah I like it alot, this one is the big bastard, it doesnt even have a pocket clip.. It is smooth as hell to deploy though.. I really like that its double-edged. I don't mind the serrated blade.. I got it for $35 on craigs list.. Can't beat that..

Got three newbies in my pockets today! Right front sees my ZT0500 taking a rest and being replaced with my new Boker Titan Defender. My left front pocket has a Case Humpback Whittler in place of the Spyderco Persistance, and finally, I have a Nitecore EX10 in my rear right pocket next to my wallet.

Wouldn't wave. It looks perfect as is.

I almost fell off the couch when I read that!!!:eek::eek: I had to look 3 times to make sure I read what I read. LOL!

Here's some of mine that I will never mod ;)

SOD LE in a Rainwalker sheath. Although specified as a flat black unadorned survival design, the sheath is so well made it can't help but look like a work of art. Excellent design too -- drop-leg with several vertical and horizontal belt mount options.
