My beloved Sibert Mini Pocket Rocket is in my pocket. I try to put other knives in my pocket, but I ALWAYS put my MPR back. What can I say? I just LOVE this knife!!

I know you mentioned switching to an SNG DGG, but how was the 5.11. Any issues? Does it work well in EDC tasks?

Jay - I must say the 5.11 is a great knife for the value and yes I use it for EDC tasks such as cutting boxes, rope. I also plan to use it on duty as my go to, "utility" blade in the future. The only drawback I see is the weight. For my EDC the 5.11 is a little big, I wanted something lighter with a slightly smaller blade, so I got to strider. Nevertheless a good buy and I do not regret it, also, its made of S30V and it really ergonomic.

Asura - The one with the orange band was my first luminox purchase, batteries lasted about 4 1/2 years. I love these watches b/c they are very rugged and fully waterproof. Not to mention you can see the time without having to push a button to illuminate the watch face, its nice. IMO they are a little pricey, watches with tritium inserts can be had for less I think.

My strider comes in today (hopefully with all this snow...), I will post pics in the gallery. - Steve

I picked up these two items recently for EDC. Needless to say, the pockets are full along with my Case Canoe Prime Stag, Buck Tempest ATS-34 auto assist and SAK Mechanic.

O Light T25 (190 lumens, strobe and SOS settings)

Zippo, Name in Flame retro lighter

Presently carrying a Barkie Bravo Necker in the kydex sheath in pocket or wearing around the neck. Great and light.
