Looks like screws holding the clip draw. Did the tape fail?

um, no i think that's backwards.


for glock models, clipdraws have screws and a tapped end-plate that you install. it's pretty good.

you can also get clipdraws that screw into j-frame S/W revolvers.


but the "generic" model for the clipdraw, yes, uses tape. but of course, if you have a glock or j-frame, the screwed version is much better.

You can expect the bad people to be armed no matter what. That's why the good people (society) should be armed... then the bad guys have some respect and think twice before disrespecting good people. Otherwise, take the guns away from the good folks and the bad guys will still have them... and the rest of us are helpless at their mercy. Not for me.
 
Going out with a friend tonight, this is what I'll be carrying.

Griptilian 551 arrived early today... got a nice fluff and buff of the bushings & tang, just in time to become today/tonight's EDC knife.

Keys and the LD01 are "always" carry. The watch, knife, Nitecore D10, and "heater" are in rotation with some others.

you're going out on a friday night armed? sure hope it aint a public night spot...last thing we need is more fuel for the pollies. :)

work today i carried the usual:

- wallet
- kreigar folder
- box cutter
- gum
- keys
 
I won't be out for long, then I'm going to his place. And it's not a very public place anyway :).
