The Mnandi bit me today but nothing major and the Swayback served me well in a authentic thai restaraunt that doesn't offer knives, they also serve scorpion and other insects which I've tried in the past. Sorry for rambling hahah.

I'm tarvling light, just with my Spyderco Urban slipjoint and SAK Signature on my keyring.

about to head out...EDC today comprises of:

- Horizontal belt carry Buck 279T
- Wenger SI
- Carbon steel swiss tech multi-tool

Shure
I realised one of the main drawbacks i see for he blackjack is the fact that it doesn't have a clip so you have to rely on a sturdy pocket, or good luck if you want to carry it IWB.
So i made a clip out of Kydex that can be clipped onto the shaft of my Blackjack.
For me this is a nice carry option.
The clip doesn't interfere with operations, and it's detachable.
I don't notice the jack at all, and it "disappears" when I wear a suit.
This is also a good option IMHO if you wear slacks or you don't like belts.
The clip makes it also possible to wear in a boot etc.

How does that feel to sit on? Looks well covered up standing up.

I am carrying my new ZT 0350 and an old Kabar stockman in the right pocket and a Nitecore Extreme Infinity in the left.

You don't really feel it, because the jack is more located to the hip. You don't really sit on it, only if you cant to the side you can feel it. I drove for hours with it, and had more trouble with my wallet then the Jack. It's a spingless custom made jack, with a steel cable inside instead of a spring. It's more flexible then one with a spring, but due to the whip effect packs more punch. I don't actually feel the presence of the jack. You do have to carry old school pants. If you are a gangbanger who carries his pants on his knees and has to hold them up with one hand this is not an option to consider. Making such a clip is very easy. You just cut out a T shaped piece of kydex. Heat the kydex and with welders gloves you pinch the sides around the shaft. It's very easy to do, and doesn't interfere with the operation of the jack. Very conceilable, very secure , and very fast on the draw.
