It’s a Slug Dashi, made by Spencer A. Reiter of SAR knives; it’s a one of a kind piece. He made a batch of them with carbon fiber scales, but this is the only jigged bone one he made. It’s made of 6LA4V titanium with carbidized edge.

This is what Spencer told me about it.

"The kiridashi you purchased is a design called the "Slug-D" it does look like a large garden slug and the D is short for "Dashi", it's made from 6LA4V MIL-SPEC Titanium. The matted surface on the backside of the chisel edge is pure tungsten carbide which provides a little hardness for the edge.
It really is intended for soft target situations. You can touch up the cutting edge with any medium to fine file or sharpener.
It really is a great little tool and highly concealable, even when in hand it is very hard to detect."
