Something was dropped on my desk while I was posting my other picture. My new orange handle Ontario RAT-1 has arrived! It's not as big as I thought it would be. Blade centering is perfect. Liner lock engagement is great. Now to put this to use.

This week it's been my newly acquired CRKT Ripple that I found at Wal-Mart, it's almost as light as my Skyline and it's very quick to open.
 
I just saw the wally world ripple last night... made in china and bladesteel is 8cr14mov instead of acuto+ stainless steel with aluminum handles instead of titanium handles and framelock..they opt for a very thin linerlock
i got all the way to the register till i googled it on my phone..lucky for me i did...or i would have been unhappy having to drive back to return...its not a terrible knife for $40 but for 10 less kershaw has many viable options in their new line... besides id rather have the real deal


carrying my ritter mini grip till my ZT 0350 comes from knifeworks

The CRKT Ripple is a nice looking knife. Sorry to hear of the materials of the wally world version. :thumbdn:

I would LOVE to get wilkins grips or cuscadi for my ritter mini grip but i cant seem to justify $100-140 on some scales for that price i can buy another knife or 2..

I get the high end, Limited Edition Ritters with M4 or M2 steel. I feel adding a high end, Limited Edition handle to them works out perfect for me! :thumbup::D
M2 + G10 = Sweet!
M4 + Titanium = Perfect!
 
just gt a case swayback jack in cv so im carrying that along with the ukpk that i used to open the box for the swayback jack.
