Been carrying this knife for over a year now and it has changed my thinking on folding knives. Ive owned almost all of the popular hard use, tactical, high end folders that cost me $200, $400, even $600+. None of those knives have outperformed my Cold Steel American Lawman. Most, in fact, dont compare. The American Lawman fits great in my hand. Its very thin and fairly light for its size which makes it nice to carry. Ive never owned a folder with a stronger lock. It holds its edge well and sharpens easily. Its stood up great to daily use and abuse and it costs 1/2, 1/4, even 1/10 of other knives that arent as good imo.
