Pulled out my el cheapo Gerber LST today. I sometimes forget how much I enjoy using these inexpensive knives which work very well. It just made quick work of Cry-O-Vac packaging on a corned beef brisket which I'm cooking for supper. Old picture prior to grinding a sharpening notch on the little devil.
