Usual quick breakfast, checking up my gear and ready to go this morning .

kniferbro : Hi! Barman1 is correct ! Petit Bisquits, produced by Pavesi and distributed by Esselunga (an Italian Supermarkets chain; I am actually rather surprised this chain is known on your side of the pond!) These are what we call “biscotti secchi” here. I have no better translation than the literal one... “dry biscuits”. Actually they are really nothing special, I’d say on the bland side . When traveling in USA I manage to find something similar, I think you have them under the brand of Graham Crackers (or something similar), for most of Europe they are known as Digestive Cookies (these have a rectangular shape instead than being round). I like bacon & eggs too ! It’s more a brunch for me though and 0630 AM in the office canteen it’s not the ideal situation to start cooking bacon & eggs !
